Need Help Identifying Medals

Hello I obtained these medals and don't really know much about them, I believe the two on the left are German and the two on the right American but other than that I don't know much. The lower left is kind of hard to see in the picture but in the center it says sang or scing(?) and each corner says s0s. I believe they were all obtained by a French nurse during the war who aided both sides. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
