Need help identifying shell

    Sorry if I'm not using the correct terminology but I found this nose cone at the Atomic Weapons Research Establishment at Orford Ness in Suffolk during the early 90s. I'm not suggesting for one minute it has any connection to an atom bomb, it was merely found within the site. Any information would be great thanks.

    It looks like it could be part of a mold for shaped charges.

    Agreed with Rich. This is certainly not part of a warhead, but may have been the mold for one.
