    I'm here because I'm trying to write a book (fiction) about WW2 and I already know quite a bit about the war but I'm wishing to learn more.

    The book actually starts off with information from the radio about Pearl Harbor. I'll be using real radio broadcasts for this. Then it goes to the enlisting process, to the training, to when he actually heads off to war. I'll also be trying to be as factual as possible with weapons, soldiers, etc. I've been working on it for quite a while...

    Do not be scared. We Finns ans Soviets have at times a bit of a quarrel. Like Winter War. Sorry about that. Just join and enjoy the discussions. I have been here some 24 years ( Oh my God!).....

    Not for the Soviets.Hrustsev loved our president and in 1956 said that Stalin was the most evil man in the USSR ever in the USSR and Duma and removed his statues .

    No bad feelings for me. Just read about the Winter War so You understand more and in a way better.. Hopefully. Some people think we are the evil of all war.
