It's an out-dated photo of the one in Kazan. The aircraft has recently been moved and is undergoing restoration. It will open as an interactive museum by the end of the year.

That's the rare VTOL version, and it just touched down after a successful photo op flying over Krasnoyarsk while shirtless Putin was wrestling a bear on the starboard wing.

 

It's a giant flyswatter that the Great Soviet Bear used to take out one of those pesky flying rodents that we call a "Foxbat."

 

I’d put railings on the wings and have parties up there...then do up the inside...for more parties of course.
