Good of you to join up. The forum's a good place to learn about WWII. I actually envy you. When I was 14, there were no PC's or internet that you're so familiar with today. We had to borrow tons of books from the library. I hope you also keep on reading books so you can relay to us what you have learned. Who knows? You might even find something we don't know. That's the fun part of learning.

    Thank you!
    And I'm female. :p

I'm sure if people knew there were these kind of forums on the internet, more females would join. There are so many women out there who have interest in WWII. (Maybe they just aren't that good at computers:confused:, because believe me, I'm even surprised that folks who lived during WWII are on the internet... I never thought I'd find someone that aged online, but I'm glad! :D)

LOL, well your avatar's charming. :)

We don't have a lot of females about. Michelle (macrusk) is good rogue* who is female, although her appearance certainly isn't roguish. Are there any other females who are consistent posters?

*how we refer to members of the forum.

Glad to young people who are interested in such an important subject. Many good people to learn from here. I look forward to your posts.

    Thanks, Jeff :cutie:

The only other female poster who was consistent until February that I knew for about was TravelingBabs also Clems who is 15 from France - and who constantly astounds me with her knowledge and eloquence.

Feed, I was at least your age when I was interested in World War II, but I never had the wonderful opportunity you are getting at the same age to interact with so many knowledgeable people who like to share their interest in World War II. I've really enjoyed my time here, and the rogues are quite kind to us roguettes!

My Dad was a Veteran, but didn't talk much about his experiences. It is wonderful that the Veterans on this site are so willing to share their memories, feelings, thoughts, and knowledge. Enjoy the forum.

Welcome Grant, you may potentially be another member who has "grown up "with the forums, like Mussolini and others. Welcome!

You are amongst the youngest for sure, especially since these is no one 12 years old or younger here...
