"The former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadžić has been found guilty of genocide over the 1995 massacre in Srebrenica and sentenced to 40 years in jail."

"Prosecutors said that Karadžić, as political leader and commander-in-chief of Serb forces in Bosnia, was responsible for some the worst acts of brutality during the war, including the 44-month deadly siege of Sarajevo and the 1995 massacre of more than 8,000 Bosnian men and boys in the Srebrenica enclave."

Finally a result but what a toothless court, the death penalty should be available in these cases, and used. Brian

That would be too good for him. I think knowing that you'll be locked up for the rest of your life is better punishment...well, unless he'll live 110+ years.

As I understood he used the black market to get money from serbs as well.. He was using all sides to get rich. I was in IFOR and SFOR back in 1996-98.

There were people on every side who got rich via black market. They didn't care about the sides and what were they fighting for. They cared only about the money.
For example, Luka Rajić who was a truck driver before the war got so rich during it that now he's the second richest man in Croatia. How is that even possible? The answer is simple...war profiteering. Sadly he's just a drop in the ocean.
