Pretty much a long shot but does anyone have any info about the B-10 (RG-82) and B-11 (RG-107) recoilless guns of the '50s? i'm mainly wanting to know about the physical size of the weapons, as well as range and warheard performance.
Let's see, from David Isby's good old Weap. & Tactics of Sov. Army, first B-10 (82mm), then B11 (107mm). Calibre length 20cal - 28cal weight 72kg - 305kg length (travelling) 1.9m - 3.6m max range 4,470m - 6,650m Effective AT range 390m - 450m shell weight (HEAT) 3.6kg - 7.5kg armour pen. 250mm - 380mm
Hey, don't push your luck! Let's see, 73mm calibre L/30cal., weight 37 kg on firing tripod, length (travelling) 2.1m, ROF 6 rpm, Effective range 800m, max. 1,960m, Muzzle velocity 435 m/sec, shell weight (HEAT) 3.6kg, armour pen. 400m on a sunny day. Now can I recomend our lobster armoricaine? it just jumped out from the sea...
