Be careful on the google though...When a judge says he has medical problems that is the judges view not a medical view. He has enough intelligence and nouse to take the govt to European court and win various rulings that have changed the law in this country. He will though not be quitened by anyone. The latest court ruling in UK allowing folk to converse in courts to the outside world is directly because of his challenges in this area.
