I saw this on a re-enactors area at Beltring last weekend and photographed it just to post here. 'Bath Removed From The Home Of Jochen Peiper'. Well. 'Jochen Peiper's personal sidearm' - I could go with. 'Steering Wheel From Peiper's Half-Track' - I'd be OK with that, too. But an old man's bathtub removed from the ruins of the house he was murdered in ? I thought that was rather sad.....
I thought it was quite funny in combination with the tub used by Churchill displayed alongside it. I had visions of a putative WW2 bathtub museum: ~A
