My thinking was NSKK, but in bad knick, the low quality images don't make it easier to judge.

 

Good "eagle eyes" Slime, it could indeed be NNSK, ,the small eagle is actually not complete but paralel wings rahter than diagonal ones makes me think you are right.

 

An NSKK dagger should have a black scabbard. The one in the pic appears to be brown.

That's the point. Is it black or brown? I see something yellowish with faded brown that coud be a layer of varnish too. unless it's a NSKK dagger with a SA scabbard. Anyway this forum's purpose is not to valuable objects so others can make money out of us, but I'm in good mood and I'm having fun expertizing this with you .
