The east meets the west. Almost.

What are your settings etc? Germany doing pretty well in that one.

Also looks like you 'hacking'. 250+ Divisions for China in 1943? Don't know about that. Wheres Japan? And why is the USA bombing San Diego? Assuming you are using cheats here (esp since there is no FOW).

Hard difficulty, very agreesive AI. Yes, I did use cheats. Japan was defeated in 40 and that's when I really started my build-up. There's no way I can attack the USSR from the far east with fow, or it would be like trying to catch 100 rats in the central park of NY.

Well that, my friend, is half the fun and half the point of the game! Cut them off from supply, encircle them, destroy them. Use tactics - cheating makes the feat a lot less impressive.

True. But before you can do any of that effectively on a country as big as the USSR, you have to know where they are, how strong they are, and where is the weakest link. I don't think that’s really cheating.

IRL, back in WWII, you're really only going to know for sure what units are where by looking across your border. You can recce' the area by sailing ships and flying planes. If you know they have 80 Divisions, and you see 40 on your border, its safe to say that they have more near the capital and other borders. Its what makes the game more fun and challenging. When I attack Spain as Italy, i sail a boat to take a peek into Spain, on the beaches, to make sure there are no troops there before. No way i'd be able to tell what troops they have in Madrid, but thats what makes it challenging. Gambling on an offensive.

Why is the U.S. attacking San Diago anyway? I though that was in America?
