    Yes knives cannot be legally sold to under 18's most recently, which has caused a few difficulties for catering students, replica swords have been threatened. I imagine scissors and pieces of paper may be next on the list, scissors have always been a threat to civilisation and as any fule kno paper cuts can be quite harsh. :rolleyes:

    There are some limits here in the US too. But no matter what id regulated someone will firgure out how to kill someone. Explosives are illegal yet people can easily make pipebombs. You can find out how to make improvised weapons online too.
