    Vehicle type
Infantry Tank Mk IV, Churchill (A22) Mk II

    Current location
The Tank Museum, Bovington, Dorset, UK

    Condition
Appears good, but known to be heavily rusted under its paint. Also has been 'modified' to look like a Mk I by the addition of a 77mm gun barrel in place of the Besa mounting (will be restored when a replacement Besa mounting is available). [information thanks to David Fletcher, Historian at the Tank Museum]

    History
Rescued from a swamp and originally displayed at the Museum of Army Transport, now closed. Subsequently gifted to The Tank Museum. [information thanks to David Fletcher, Historian at the Tank Museum]
