Length, 327 pages. This is the combination of two books about the earlier and later parts of the Second World War. It has terrific illustrations, but it's hampered by the fact that in his first book, White jumped back and forth between countries vehicles, British to German to French and back again. In the second half, he keeps them all together, Japan, to Britain, to the U.S., to German. It also has charts for the performance and engines of the different tanks, APC's and self-propelled guns. It's a good reference, but it also has a tendency to degenerate to Simple English. If you're not super nitpicky, you should hunt down a copy of this for your reference library.
