    Yeah but just because he's a thug (and I agree), we should still give the bells back to the Philippine people. Not really sure how bent out of shape they are over it to tell you the truth, but it wouldn't hurt to give them back.

    I spent a little time over in the Philippians this past year, and one topic that was brought up was the Bells which for me was the first time I had heard of it. I can't speak on behalf of the civilians but the military guys I was training would really appreciate the gesture, so I think it's a good thing even if it's going to be handed to Duterte.
