swat snipers are trained like that because thety need to kill hostage takers and not hurt civilains but the army is trained to wound 1 man and kill the second
Its allright No its not at all standard training for becoming a SWAT sniper, but for skilled and pro SWAT sniper's it is a thing they often do, havent you ever heard of the so called "Nickel-shot" ??  Absolutely nothing... Man your a master in missunderstanding stuff, Huh ?? Regards, KBO
Well, it did kind of look like you were ridiculing the magazine, by making it read "magazine" - quoting marks also have a relativating function. For example, when I was talking about Mengele in the 'most evil men of WW2' topic I did not call him a scientist, I called him a "scientist". A wannabe, a pretender, a fake...
on the swat shooting coins that is hard because i find it hard 2 hit an egg at 100 metres with a AR15
The very idea of shooting coins is foolish. In fact its probably against the law! You are not allowed tio disfigure money as you must know KBO. Too much cowboy films? jk
It's certainly against the law in the UK, and I'm guessing the Netherlands, but it might not be elsewhere...
Where are the americans when you need their help? The question is are you allowed to disfigure money in the States? Thanks!
Roel i just wanted to know if it really was a magazine, as it also very well could have been a book. (As i have a "Book" about SWAT ) -------------------------------------------------------------------- Next subject: Come on !! Disfigure coins   By shooting a hole in a coin, how can that in any way be illegal ?! Regards, KBO
Technically, it is a legal infraction to disfigure money. Then again, who is going to stop you or even care?
Well, at many amusment and tourist spots, including Government ones, you can have a penny transformed into a momento!
I believe that somewhere in the previous century the Dutch government issued a new coin, which was however so thin that it could be bent and even folded with relative ease. Because this happened all the time, at some point the coins were simply withdrawn. I don't think any people were arrested though! Personally, I don't think it's illegal to disfigure money, as long as you realize that you can't pay with disfigured money!
What...! I was once out shooting with some of my friends, and we shot after tea-cup's at 350m. And i shot 3 tea-cup's in a row with a normal 7.62mm hunting rifle without scope, and without missing a single one.... "No problem !!" An AR15 should be able to do the same, at least !. KBO
not when its a .22 AR15 plus ive been shootin for 3 months and it wasnt my rifle and scope i had borrowed them
Well, ok.. couldnt quite understand it either Because had it been an 5.56x45mm AR15, then it wouldnt be to much of a problem... KBO
nah the ranga i go to they havent got a permit for full bore weapons exept pistol caliber carbins so 1 of the guys got a customised AR15 I wasnt to far off only about half an inch or less
Yeah well thats the problem with shooting outdoors woth caliber .22 rifle, the wind actually has alot to say then... KBO
true plus i had about 15 people lookin at me to see how im was doin and it put me off. it was a day shoot and a came 13 out of 80 most of the people have been shootin longer than i have
Yeah, well then you've probably got a nack for shooting, as i was told when i was younger, and true enough i have won alot of shooting-contests in my younger days "with caliber .22 saloon-rifles." KBO
im gettin my own rifle soon but i have to keep it at the club but least i can set the scopes to my personal use
Yeah when it comes to shooting with Saloon-rifles, its allways a problem if you borrow another's rifle ( one simply cant hit nothing...! ) KBO
