U.S. Marines Platoon Photo during boot camp 1944

    This is a photo taken of a U.S. Marines Platoon while in boot camp. Platoon 258. Seeing as it’s 1944, unfortunately most, if not all of these men would transfer to the Pacific after finishing boot camp where I’m sure some never made it home.
