Ugly Tank Quiz

What´s this ?

 

Don't know what it is, but I think it looks great.

 

It is a Christie Tank

to keep it open I won't mension the type.

It has something to do with the fact that the us cavalry was not allowed to have tanks.

 

Right. They had "combat cars". By an act of Congress only the infantry could have tanks.

 

The hull looks like that used on the M3 halftrack & the 'White' armoured car thingys...

 

It's American, from the late 1920's but what it is I do not know. The 30 cal is a give away.

 

I don't know it, but I agree with Castelot, it looks sort of good.

 

I´ve completely forgotten this one. It´s indeed an American "combat car", datet from the early 30´s. Still no answers ?

Funny, I´m beginning to think it´s rather good looking now that I´m getting a bit more used to it.

Ah, yes.
Experimental 'Russian' (SSSR, or CCCP ) tank. Designed as a heavy tank with low ground pressure, plus it apparently could sit in the path of the winds following a nuclear/hydrogen bomb explosion without toppling over.

Yeah, the same went for me and the picture above. I just assumed you had the right answer, because I had no idea...
