unknown document please help

    I have a question

    I recently bought a lot of docs. and i found a little book and I don't know what it is and what it's for and what is it worth?. I've added a picture.

    This is a WW 1 Militärpass for a soldier who is Ersatzreserve - member of a replacement unit. His year is 1912.
