    I've hunted with a German 8mm K 43 since about 1957.
Killed lots of deer and antelope and a few coyotes.

A custom 7X57 built on a FN Venezuelan M98 action. Had it made in 1970 if I remember right. Have killed 46 elk, 5 moose, 2 caribou, a bighorn sheep, and scads of deer and pronghorn. Haven't ever seen the need for a magnum or anything else above the 30/06 level.
