Where are these American & Soviet troops meeting ?

I have thread like this going elsewhere (ww2talk) as I would like to know where this meeting between US & Soviet troops took place.
It's somewhere in Austria in 1945 but I don't know where exactly.
I'd like to know so thought I'd ask for help here too.

I have seen a description of photos saying ''near Linz'' but can't find any mountains to match.

 

The river which shows to be the zone limits goes from west to east near Linz , so you could look at mountains west or west of the city. The zone limit was near URFAHR. You can seen mountains here.

I've found another one of the series.
Been looking at lots of photos of Austrian mountains.
I was hoping one of the US members might have had an idea , I was hoping a relative my have mentioned it .

based on this map my guess is right by where the 26th army orange square is. I don't think the bridge is big enough to be the place farther north

 

The series of photos were taken in Liezen, Austria - about 60-70 miles south of Linz, Germany.

From photos I have found on the net it is the bridge where Schoberpass Strasse/Selzthaler Strasse/Route 113 crosses the river.

Looks to be confirmed that the US troops were from the 80th Infantry Division.

We planned on western bit of Austria so might have to pop over to Liezen now.

My German is very limited, but I think is says after the end of the war.

 

Als Österreich noch geteilt war. = As Austria was still divided.

 

You may also be interested by a memorial dedicated to soldiers and civilians who got killed by a flood there in 1945.
