I think he means the 'wanted dead or alive' pic.

US post offices have pictures posted on the wall of criminals wanted by the FBI (FBI's Most Wanted and others). They usually are not flattering portraits. It's an American joke to compare another good friend's picture to something that hangs on the post office wall.
You can also use the idea in a metaphor to describe someone's less-than-pleasant apprearance, such as, "Otto looks like he should be on a post office wall." I'm ducking and running now....

I had understood that, damn it, I had seen The Maltese Falcon after all!

That glorious pic was taken last Christmas at one of my sister's, the pic being taken my my youngest daughter, hence the down to up camera inclination :)

Just returning from the supermarket after topping up on supplies of Vodka, red flags, Medals, political materials, shellcases & hammers; snapped while stopping to consider purchasing a new vehicle, maybe a KV1, for it's greater luggage capacity? :D

Bit heavy on the fuel consumption though, and a nightmare to park, I hear the later model T34's have received very high satisfaction ratings in the JD power survey, though there's some criticism about the finish. How about an Import? some of those German models are nice...

Ah finally, Kerem made the leap! I'll add your photo to the Rogues Gallery as soon as I get a chance.

That was a great cake, I have a photo of that cake saved somewhere on my hard drive! ;)

He's indeed the one on the right Za, as indicated by the arrow above his head in the photo.

Nice picture Kerem and glad you dared to show your face too. I repped you for this.

Za, Next time he'll draw a red star or a sickle instead of ann arrow, I bet you'll understand those ones better, lol.
