    Hi,

Nice flags, I don't have any knowledge of it but I'm from Holland zo maybe I can read it better.

NVREVVIISSINGEN & CO SKATOENFABR HELMOND (HOLLAND)
    - NVREV? Don't know what that means.
    - Instead of VIISSINGEN it has to be VLISSINGEN, a town in the province Zeeland.
    - & CO is correct.
    - SKATOEN, I can't place the S? KATOEN means cotton so is possible.
    - FABR (short for FABRIEK) means in English factory.
    - Helmond is another town in Holland in the province, Noord-Brabant.
So the flag was made of a certain factory in Vlissingen or Helmond, Holland.

    Bigger pictures could be usefull.
Hope I could be of any help.

    Regards,
    Nick

I know a person who is looking for a Police helmet-how much are you asking for it? I can tell him about yours if interested?
