    Yes I´ve tried it with imageshack.us, however the pic´s seize is to large (2,25mb), just 1024 Kb

    I guess you have it as a .bmp file. Try making the image again and this time save it as .jpg

    This way my desktop has less than 100 kB. :)

    pres the key prt scr , then open paint program, paste it and save it as a jpg file , post it , as an attachement or hyperliked

    i would post mine but i cant get a screenshot of it no matter how i try....must be doing something wrong???

    press the 'print screen' key (should be just to the right of the F12 key)
    open up 'paint' and do Edit -> Paste.

    It should come up.
