Hey all,

There is an excellent book I am reading about the Cabanatuan camp raid in 1945 to rescue American POWs who survived the Bataan death march in 1941. If anyone has read it (I am still in the prolougue, lol) or has info on this event please post it here.

The Book Cover is this:

There are some comments on it here.

For the first time I have seen "History" at close quarters, and I know that its actual process is very different from what is presented to Posterity. - WWI General Max Hoffman.

Good book, read it several years ago. You're going to get much out of it.
