Just reading that in January 1943 Senior Officers of 7th Armd , 51st Highland and 2nd NZ divisions gave demonstrations of lessons learned to other British Senior Officers flown out from the UK and to some US Officers including Patton. Has any one Patton's thought on these lessons and demonstrations from his memoirs and diaries, please? I would like Patton's thoughts on this and not other forum members views of what they think he may have thought. If you know what I mean. Hard facts only thanks. Cheers
i believe i have a few chapters in one of my old books iirc.i shall try and dig it out of my garage as soon as.i belive it maybe about certain battleschools that happened at this time iirc.cheers

so it seems, although this a very early statement, only 3-4 months after torch.i expect patton,s diariy entries were a bit different a few weeks-months or years afterwards,if you know what i mean.. i will see if i can find some more about those visits to those british units.cheers.
patton also viewed the brit 8th armd bde,and a lecture on how to fight an armd bde,i cannot find any diary entries however.cheers.
