Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Another new Call of Duty is expected to release on November 10, 2009 in time for the Christmas holidays. No real information on the game itself. Infinity Ward did the developing in this one. The teaser shows very little, and none of it gameplay. You can check it out here:

Hype is huge, and being that its made by Infinity ward I don't think they will let down the majority unlike most uprising companies these days.

Yeah, this one has me curious as well....

 

I hope they have some sort of Nazi Zombies....If infinity ward have any sense they would know how popular it is.

nah worse have zombies of u.s. soldiers attacking you but the problem is you are a u.s. soldier

 

I expect a lot of news about this at the e3 expo, which is 2nd-4th June.

 

i hope there will be a sort of coop mod, probably there will not be a nazi zombie mod since treyarch have allready made one.

 

So far, this is what i have found out;
-There wil be a "base defense" mode like Nazi Zombies.
-So far the only weapons that people are sure will be in are the Steyr AUG, AK-47 and the Glock 18 (IIRC)
-There will be underwater and a snowmobile mission.

 

I'm pretty sure there is no co-op for campaign mode and the multiplayer is limited to one type of scenario.

 

Multiplayer will not have one mode. It will be like all the other COD MP....Search & Destroy, TDM, DM at the least, with (most likely) a Base Defense and a HQ Style mode too.

You're (and that quote) is talking about the Co-Op Multiplayer Game Play mode, not the MP in general/

 

I'll not post them here incase it is against forum rules to post magazine scans. But if you check out a magazine called Game Informer it has a ten page special on MW2 and has quite a few details and shots of the game.

 

I heard on customcod.com that that story on Game Informer was based on a leack IW did not want publishing...but i will still check it out!

 

Really? it seems quite official/meant to come out. It interviews Infinity Ward CCO Jason West and has a lot of ingame shots. Either way if your a fan of COD it's worth checking it out

 

Hmm...well I did hear something about a leak and on custom COD the admins where removing links left, right and center.

 

by teh way... activision has announced that they will keep the cod name in Cod:Mw2 just search for it. if anyone has posted this before me, correct me plz

 

Will there were 3 new maps came out for the pc version of cod waw last week and there are 3 more coming in the next two months.

Well, i have seen zombie mods in Call Of Duty 1(Public Made),2(Public Made),,4(Public Made),and 5(Something else than public made) so there should be one in this game as well
