"MANSFIELD -- A flag honoring the memory of World War II Army Air Force member Elmer Greene will be raised at 6 p.m. Thursday with honors in front of the Richland County Administration Building. It will replace a flag that will have flown 21 days in memory of Army Sgt. Jonathan P.C. Kingman, who was killed in action in Iraq on Jan. 20, 2007."
