More press ignorance!

The device was removed from the ruins and the bomb squad defused it in a controlled explosion in a nearby ditch, ANSA said.

When you defuse a bomb you remove the fuse, otherwise you make it go boom, hehehe.

shame they had to destroy it when they couldve removed the fuse, but i guess it is cheaper to just blow it up...
