All -- This sub-forum is a place where Rogues can post the titles of books that they have in their libraries and which they would like to trade to other Rogues. We are providing this sub-forum in order to make it easier for you to exchange books, but WW2f.com, its moderators, administrators and owners, in no way take any responsibilitity for the trades that you make. Accordingly, we encourage you to deal only with Rogues you have gotten to know. Also, please keep in mind the following rules:

    1) Please contact each other via PM if you are interested in participating in a swap. Do not post your phone numbers or e-mail addresses or mailing addresses for general view by Rogues and visitors alike.

    2) You are responsible for discussing the condition of books that you are going to trade. That said, if you feel that a Rogue misrepresents the condition of a book, please let us know.

    3) WW2F reserves the right to close this sub-forum at any time.

    4) WW2F accepts no responsbility for trades that do not work out.

    5) In the USA, keep in mind that you can ship books at the book rate which is much less expensive than first class mail.

I've a bunch of not excellent shape books that could be traded. I'm looking for 1-An Illustrated Guide To Rifles And Sub-Machine Guns by F Myatt, 2-An Illustrated Guide To Modern Warships by H Lyon, 3- An Illustrated Guide To Bombers Of WW ll by B Gunston.

Anyone interested? I'm cleaning out the book shelves and in keeping with the idea of this thread I'll either swap or simply send to you. A couple of these came from our good buddy Urgh and I'm ready to share. Others are ones I've picked up along the way.

I might be interested in the German Insignia book. Can you send me images of a couple of pages? I really don't have anything to swap, so I'll just indicate my interest. We can arrange payment.

Hope this works. I'm still in Windows XP mode. Trying once again to get pictures to do what I want.
Like I said Lou, I'm just cleaning and would prefer to give or trade rather than toss out. Got any full size wall maps of the Philippines or New Guinea ?

Sadly, no on the maps. My father served in North Africa and Italy so my original interest is there. How much do you want for the insignia book? We can arrange some kind of payment. I would feel bad if I didn't pay something.

I paid less than $10 for the book and shipping is around $3 so how about this; if you have any books on George C. Marshall (I have/read the 1st of Pogue's Education of a General series) I'd be happy with an even exchange. Or for that matter just about any book related to the War that I haven't read if you would want to part with. I'm not stuck on just the SWPA :D

Send me a PM and we can figure something out.

Hey this works! I'm now about a quarter of the way through "WILD BILL DONOVAN" after swapping with Lou. Probably wouldn't have thought to pick this one up but I'm thoroughly enjoying it.

Do tell ;) I have way too many and figure if I start now maybe I can whittle the shelves down to a more manageable level.

I've seen a couple pictures of your book cases and I'd be like a kid in a candy shop. What with HyperWar and resultant links derived from there you've led me to perusal overload.
