Always great to see a Finn at the top... World Pool-Billiard Association World Ten Ball Championships There can be no doubt as to who the best player in the world is now. Mika Immonen of Finland has won the World Ten Ball Championship in Manila scant weeks after winning his second consecutive US Open and the Challenge of Champions. These wins push him over the $200,000 mark for the year and cement his place firmly in pool history. ---------- I have played 9-ball alot and it´s a very different game to snooker but personally I fancy snooker more for some reason.
Mika Immonen has always been one of my idols. I used to play mostly 9 ball and old fashioned straight pool. I keep threatening to get back into it....but I'd like to have a table in my house so I can do it from the comfort of home.
