What game is this?: When you get a headshot, it zooms in and you see it in slowmotion?

 

I thought youd provide screens, this is going to be tricky...

Gonna have to widdle it down bit by bit...

Not CoD series or MOH series, as i play both of them and that doesnt happen.
Played Red Orchestra once, faaairly certain that didnt happen, although i didnt get a kill....

Its not BF1942 or 1943.....

None of them are correct, ill give you 2 more hints:

1. It happens if you throw a grenade and it blows up about 3 soldier and if you get a headshot.

2: It only happens in singleplayer

The mechanics of a game refers to the graphics engine for example you will notice that some games although completely different are very similar graphics related.

For Example the Engine used to display the Graphics for Quake is the same engine used in Medal of Honour Allied Assault, Quake III Arena and Half life 1. So in these games you will notice similarities, although there were significant updates, they have very similar properties.

The mechanics also relate to the Physics in the game as well, such as rolling shoulders and bending bodies when they fall over something.
