What follows are the Form 540 and Form 541 mission reports scanned recently from the UK archives.
They are interspersed with chronological original flight log entries from my great uncle Flight Officer Frederick A Duquette's Flight Log Book.
He perished on a return ferry flight from Egypt to Malta on May 8th, 1943.
As I have touched on in some other posts I would certainly be looking for any information about other flyers and persons in this material.

I look forward to any comments or feedback.

Thank you to those who were able to acquire the scans. My regards to fellow researchers.

    Cheers, Jamie aka Theramin

Do you have any details about when 272 Squadron was based for a short time at Qrendi airfield because Ta Qali airfield was beyond repair during December 1942 or early 1943.

    I am afraid I do not. Only Jan-May 1943.
