Well I found a very interesting 1940 USMC small War Manuel written in response to the growing Guerrilla style wars in Central America
and the Caribbean ++. I have the New version of this Book 2008 US SOF UW and The Counterinsurgency 2004-06 as 07-09 and the new
one that came out.

What I found interesting in this book, they talk about the Big 3 needed. Food Water and Ammunition is needed in order to continue an
advance, defence or Battle. One of the first things that must be taken into consideration must be the means of supplying your troops in
a timely matter and properly.

Now in this book of almost 500 pages "fuel" is only mentioned a few times. I believe they should of stated the "Big Four" Needed. As
example Patton after Operation Cobra ran out of Fuel in his advance which caused many US Casualties especial to Armour or
Mechanise Companies+++.

Enjoy the Book.

Those that have Evolved will sooner or later
run out of Ammo, and will be at the Merci
from the One who still carries as back up a
34" Warrior Wakizashi Knife!
