    Hi all,
I'm trying to locate any information about the removal of the 2 engineers from the Merchant vessel Don Isidro at Port Said on 5 Sep 1939. The Don Isidro was travelling on her maiden voyage from Kiel, Germany where she was built to her new owners in the Phillipines. She was travelling under an American Flag.
I am looking for details of a crew list and any other info about where the 2 removed egineers could have been transferred to after they were removed from the ship
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I believe one of the engineers was my grandfather and I am trying to piece together his life from 1939 to 1942 when he died in a prisoner of war camp in Canada.
    Cheers
    Aurelia:)
