    nice job. in the film footage there is some cine I believe July 25, 1944 attacking two Fw's one of them has a white rumpfband indicating a heavy Fw 190A-8 variant from IV.Sturm/JG 3 as it was either setting up another attack on the B-24 Libs in the lower left corner of the film or just plain trying to get away from the Mustang.

    the 354th fg was first going through flight training in my home state of Oregon.
