Lesley J. McNair - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Considering that I'm largely fascinated by Armoured doctrine, production etc. it sort of surprises me that I'd never really paid more than a passing interest to McNair's name.
Reading Zaloga's 'Armoured Thunderbolt' has brought him to the fore as a rather interesting figure.

Anyone read any sort of biography of the man, or maybe anything else that references him in some detail?

    Cheers,
    ~Adam.

    You star.
Had a feeling this might be worth a poke a few years down the line. Some very good reviews out there.
Now, being a tight sod who's had his fingers burnt on armoured obscurism before, the hunt for the cheapest possible copy begins... ;)
