Hi from Australia, my father was a Bombardier in the Royal Artillery. in 1941. The only information I have is on one sheet of paper. He was posted to 30 Reinforcement Holding Unit 18-08-1944.
    Posted to 21 Anti-Tank Regiment 07-10-1944
Discharged Ceasing to Fulfil Army Medical Requirement ( ie left leg blown off due to land mine ) 03-03-1946

Overseas Service: North West Europe 19-06-46--06-07-44--02-05-45

Is there any thing more I can find out?

    Cheers,
    Yonno

Welcome to the Forum, Yonno. We have some members here who are much better informed than I with respect to Commonwealth related WWII records. You may also want to try our sister forum, WW2Talk which has more of a UK/Commonwealth emphasis.

I think your first step is to request his records from the MoD. One of our UK members can give you instructions on how to do it.
