I found this film with an old Excel P-41 16mm movie projector. Some kind of graduation, maybe flight school? Any guesses? This is my Facebook link. It took an hour and 20 minutes to download so I doubt it would fit here. Anyone should be able to copy it from there, my profile is public.

Also the link to my dad's photos. For those not on Facebook, where would be the best place to put them here?

The video looks to be the Hancock School of Aeronautics in Santa Maria, Ca. The school dates are from 1939 to 45. The buildings are the same.

Turns out the movie is of the Santa Maria Aeronautics school. Capt G Allen Hancock giving out diplomas. This is a great piece of local and Army Air Force
    history.
