Great document about the KM + Romanians "gardening" in the Blacksee. The source is from Italian propaganda archives.

What is the tank at 2:06 ? doesn't look either a Pz 35(t) or Pz 38(t) and no other common German tanks had bolted armour.

I'm not certain, both the Pz 38 and the Pz 35 T had the right front hatch shaped as a rectangle and this one is a rivetted square. It could be an adapted model of either .

The 38(t) has a very distinctive MG mount in the center of the front plate that's missing here, but the Czech factories made a lot of "variants". the MG mount on the turret has an early BESA look so I'm still thinking I came out of Skoda or CKD.

Skoda gets my vote now that you mention it. However I'm not an expert and considering the large number of variants many more factories could be on the list.
