    Hiya all!

Januari 2013 we came together with 4 guys to try and get some information about the DK259 WL-L and it's crew. 29th of September 2013 (70 years after the crash) we held a memorial. The idea started small, but in the end we had 13 familymembers of the crew, witnesses or their familymembers, officials etc.

We also managed to get a lot of info about the crew. Now, december 2014, the search is still going on. This year we managed to 'find' Bertram Scudder. For over 70 years no-one knew who he was, how he looked etc. We now have his picture and more info. The past month we also got in touch with the family of William Bellinger. That is still pending but there are a lot of photo's and information coming our way.

We are still looking for more information about the crew. Especially about Richard Stuart. We have some info and a picture after WW2, but not in touch with his family yet. And although we do have some information about George Hastings and Ivan Lockhart, we'd love to have more info.

So if anyone can help, that would be very awesome!

In 2012 there was already some who started a topic about one of the crewmembers :

On our site (www.dk259.nl) you can find more info.

    Kind regards,

    Erik
