    1. Your Name: My member name works :) "alysania" is just a made up internet alias that's served me for many, many years.
    2. Age: mid 30s (a lady never tells) ;) .. I've always been a bit of a history nut, but have been getting more involved as I've been working on genealogy
    3. Origins: Various points around northern NJ and south eastern PA
    4. Specifics: I'm not really sure yet! My grandpa was in WWII as were a few other family members, and I'm moreso interested in their service.
    5. Hobbies: Photography, knitting, homebrewing - if I can get my hands dirty, I'm happy!
    6. Other: For other time periods, WWI comes up since I have ancestors who served then as well. I find the Victorian era absolutely fascinating too.
    7. Miscellaneous: I'm still (mostly) fluent in Italian, so on the off chance anyone needs a translation, I can help!

Welcome! I am always thrilled when other women join. For the most part the men here are gentlemen and scholars on WWIi. You will enjoy the company and will get many leads.
