    Are you sure of the serial number? That number is associated with a veteran named Oliver Jamieson from Missouri. More information would help.

    Welcome, DarrellEnglish. As Lou said, more information would be helpful. Still, please correct me if I am wrong, but the ASN should be 37628249 and the soldier's full name is Joe J. Kalinowski who was born in Missouri in 1924 and enlisted on 8 Nov 1943 at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri. Here is a link to his electronic enlistment record.

    Joseph J. Kalinowski passed away in 1996.

    I have a PFC Theodore S. Kalinowski who died in Rennes Military Hospital in 18 June 1944. He was also in the 82nd AB in the 377 PFAB. Is that a possible relative?
