I was working on trying to change my profile pic with a different picture of Mr. Geiser. Now when I select the file it indicates that the file was selected but the new image does not appear on the photo editor and the generic profile pic with the helmet is still there. Is there a way to fix this? I have also shrunken the size of the new picture but I am still having trouble. Thank you! :)

Could you please add my picture to my profile too? I tried to change it a couple of months ago but ended up just removing the one I had and not being able to add the old one back either.

IIRC, the avatars did not like being larger than 150*150. So that is what I have based my photo edits on..Max height or max width being 150 pixels, while preserving the aspect ratio(so as not to distort the photo).

    YESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to use the Import from URL option!

Upload your photo as an attachment to a thread.
View you photo and copy the photo URL
Go change your WW2 profile photo...BUT...Use the "Import a photo from a URL" option
paste the link for the photo into the box
    Click on the IMPORT button
    Click on DONE

    Bingo! Works every time!

Yeah...I had gotten stuck with Dave's photo for some minutes until I discovered this work around.
