A trend on several new posts seems to be people after my taxes. Where is the personal responsibility in all this - insurance, pension payments etc. Sorry but too many takers and not enough of us givers left to cope with the growing demand. Brian
Unfortunately the truth vs the popular understanding in regard to disability is pretty wide. I am one who gets such benefits. The process in getting it is painfully slow. Most people have to appeal and reappeal their rulings. I was lucky in that i received benefits on my first try and within two weeks of the earliest possible date, but then again my disability is visually apparent. My contribution to the UK Defense Budget is being used by the Royal Navy to pluck immigrants from the water and place them on land from where they can reach the promised land. Should my contributions to the UK Welfare Budget ever fall in to the hands of the Obama Welfare Program I will be back. Brian
