Army Europe Patch with cloth back stamped 14 H

    Can anyone tell me if they know what the significance of the back of this patch is? It's sewn cloth with stamps 14 and H. Thanks.

    Looks like a in country made patch. Makers marks? Rich A. in Pa.

    Are you sure it's European? The tricolor makes me think of Lithuania, but it would be the reversed. Many african countires use thse colours.

    I would agree, makers mark on an European made SHAEF shoulder patch.
