Who knows where this German Cap is for?

I saw this cap and i wondered where it is for? It looks like General cap but the lines on the edges are white and not yellow.
Googled some original General caps couldn't find one with white lines, so it might be something else do you guys have any idea?

NOTE: i mean the one next to the SS Schirmmutze.

He lives in France, and likely will log in in about 6-8 hours. Sleepy time for him now.

 

Your cap seems to be a general infantery officer cap ( Heer eagle, white rim and golden artifacts) ,but I'm a bit puzzled by the intense green and the condition . I'll need to check more to see whether it's genuine or not (or a reconditionned DDR cap ) . I'm off to work and will check in again when I return.

Could it be Order police, weren't their uniforms a shade of green?

 

Polizei eagles are oval though and the green looks really like modern .When I see the picture, I can't help thinking of the DDR Grenschutz cap colour strip which was added on a regular DDR cap and finally fitted with goldenend Third Reich artifacts.

 

It is a Full Blown Asian Reproduction ... The cocade and wreath may be original... the eagle is a metal pin on breast eagle for KM or Heeres Summer White tunics.. The visor is ..well ...just incorrect..
