Does anyone know what this button like thing is?

    If any one has any info I would really appreciate it, I have looked all over and found no info on it. All I know about it is that it belong to my mom's grand father who served the U.S army during ww2 and possibly ww1. There was also nazi navy stuff mixed in.

    Try uploading it to photobucket or a site like that and than linking it here. It looks like you're trying to directly link to a picture that's on your desktop.

    Yes you"ll need a buffer site like photobucket or imageshack etc... This would allow you to download from the internet instead of uploading from your pc.

    I second McCabe's diagnosis.

    Use the "More Reply Options" at the bottom right, then attach file there.
