I admire the way he resolutely refused to keep up with the capitalist world and kept his country a backwater as the rest of the Caribbean moved on.
I enjoyed Tropico also. Not so much the music. I ended up muting it. I also got sick of DJ Juanito. I'd end up killing him off each time.
I for one am happy to see that after 40+ years of effort, the CIA has finally succeeded in killing Fidel Castro. Well done, Langley. Well done.
kaepernick wears castro shirt hours before fidel's death... That the Niner's allowed him to be so disrespectful to the society that allowed his success is,not ok. Good or bad, Castro was a revolutionary who stood his ground against all odds in an attempt to further his vision of a Socialist State which his supporters backed. While he is reviled in the states, others around the world see him in a different light. R.I.P.
Points have been hard to come by for Kappy and his Niners. A washed up QB at 29. My daughter's sorority friends knew people from Reno, he did little to improve any aura or karma @ U of Nevada, Reno. The Miami crowd will let him know of their opinion tomorrow as the Whiners take on the Dolphins. Hang on to your hats, it will be a bumpy afternoon. Yes Sir, Miami holds them off. Kappy became a scrambler to make up for covered receivers and bad throws and almost made it.
The thousands of people he lined up and shot don't see him in any light. He locked up thousands in work camps, including homosexuals and other deviants such as Christians. Luckily, his own people are fond of him. You can tell because they tape any garbage that floats together, then try to paddle to Florida to tell everyone how great the Cuban paradise is.
