هشت عضو هوانیروز که دو خلبان ایران را از خاک عراق نجات دادند، ترفیع گرفتند.​

​

بر اساس اطلاعیه روابط عمومی ستاد مشترک ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، 8 تن از خلبانان و پرسنل هوانیروز که با شجاعت و فداکاری، 2 تن از خلبانان ایرانی را ازداخل خاک عراق نجات دادند و به کشور بازگرداندند و خبر آن به صورت اختصاصی در کیهان به چاپ رسید، ترفیع گرفتند.​

متن اطلاعیه ستاد مشترک، به شرح ذیل است:​

پرسنل نیروی زمینی در عملیات برون مرزی بعداز ظهر 14.9.59 که توسط خلبانان شجاع هوانیروز در خاک عرق انجام گردید، دو فر از خلبانان نیروی هوایی به اسامی سرگرد خلبان رضایی و ستوان یکم خلبان سلیمانی که در اثر سقوط هواپیما در خاک عراق فرود آمده بودند، توسط یک فروند هلیکوپتر 214 و 2 فروند هلیکوپتر کبری در منطقه دربندی خان در عمق 25 کیلومتری خاک عرق، نجات داده و آنهارا با موفقیت به داخل خاک ایران انتقال دادند.​

نیروی زمیی به منظور ارج نهادن به این عمل شجاعانه و کم نظیر، تشویقات مشروح زیر را در مورد آها تصویب و ابلاغ نموده است:​

1- ستوان یار خلبان محمد اصفهانی به درجه ستوان سومی​

2- ستوان یار دوم خلبان حسین شهدادی به درجه ستوان سومی​

​

3- گروهبان یکم اسماعیل ایل بیگی به درجه استوار یکمی​

​

4- ستوان دوم الفت نظری، یک سال ارشدیت​

​

5- ستوان دوم مجید حقیقتی، یک سال ارشدیت​

​

6- ستوان یار دوم احمد پیشگاه هادیان به درجه ستوان یار یکمی​

7- ستوان یار دوم علی میلان به درجه ستوان یار یکمی​

8- سروان عباس صالحی، 6 ماه ارشدیت​

8 members of Iranian Army Aviation that rescued pilots of a downed aircraft, were promoted.

Here is text of Islamic Republic of Iran's Joint Chiefs of Staff notifications:

at afternoon of 5 Dec 1980, Members of Iranian Army Aviation had saved Maj. Rezaee and 1Lt. Soleimanee, two pilots of a downed aircraft. they ejected somewhere near Small Town of "DarbandiKhan" about 25 Km inland of Iraq, after their Aircraft was hit by enemy AAA batteries.

The Rescue team, Consisted of 1 Agosta-Bell 214 Transport Helicopter and 2 AH-1J Cobra Attack Helicopter, had saved them and returned to iran.

To honor this unique and encouraging action, Army have been approved and communicated the following details about them :

1. WO Mohammad Esfahani, to Junior Leiutenant.

2. WO Hossein Shahdadi, to Junior Leiutenant.

3. Sgt. Esmaeel Ilbeigee, to M/Sgt.

4. 2Lt. Olfat Nazari, 1 year seniority.

5. 2Lt. Majid Haqiqati Ravan, 1 year seniority.

6. 2WO Ahmad Pishgah Hadian, to 1WO.

7. 2WO Ali Milan, to 1WO.

8. Cpt. Abbas Salehi, 6 months Seniority.
